The Tower 6.0 Credit Card module offers convenient payment tracking and management.  Available directly from the Tower 6.0 Customer Service Screen, it provides a user-friendly way of processing one-time or recurring credit card payments. 

 

Processing of automatic credit card payments is completed during your billing processes, and only the amount pre-authorized by the customer will be processed.  

 

Based on the security granted to your end users who are authorized to set up customer records, Tower 6.0 can automatically process recurring credit card payments.  Through our interface with a merchant partner, real-time authorization and transaction verification is completed in a matter of seconds. 

 

Credit card information is encrypted for your customers' and your protection, and cannot be extracted once entered in Tower 6.0.  This high level of data security protects you and your customers from identity theft, fraud or hacking attempts.  Payments are transmitted utilizing the latest SSL technologies to ensure transactions are completely secured while information is transmitted to your credit card processor.

 

The amount of time it takes to receive credit card funds depends on your credit card merchant bank, but typically is posted to your account within 48 hours.  Ask your providing bank directly regarding when to expect your funds.
